Volunteers at Atiba Farm prepare and deliver plant-based meals weekly to people in our community who are chronically ill and Seniors with disabilities. This is a FREE service. Our clients include a young woman severely disabled by endometriosis, a female senior who had a failed kidney transplant and is now back to three times weekly dialysis, and a male senior with comorbidities of diabetes, arthritis, and Parkinson's disease.
If you know someone who needs this service, please let us know. We are also looking for volunteers to deliver meals so that we can expand this charitable service. You can also help by donating cash or organically grown food.
We are very grateful for the support of meals from Planta Restaurants, Melanated Vegan, and Mona's Roti.
